TSK Volunteer divisions

Volunteer Note:

As always is the way at TSK, all attendees lend a hand in making TSK the EPIC NUCLEAR EVENT you have come to know and love.

As part of your registration you will be asked to select the three divisions you would be willing to volunteer to help with.

Please select these divisions in order of preference. You will only be asked to help with one division, but team members will be assigned to divisions in the order tickets were purchased.

As the divisions fill up, we will move to your second and third selection.

The committee head will contact you before the event to select time slots for the division you are volunteering for.

Details on the different volunteer divisions are below:

Clean n’ Green (CNG) Division

Help keep the event grounds clean
Morning/evening party area cleanups
Keep Porta potty‘s stocked with TP
Garbage bins empty
Trash runs to dumpster

Feed Yer Face (FYF) Division

Assist with prep, set up, serving, breakdown of Friday night feast
Prepare tent and tables for Saturday breakfast
Assist with prep, set up, serving, breakdown of Saturday night feast
Assist with prep, set up, serving, breakdown of Sunday brunch
Run the Refreshies Bar, prepping/serving tea & food, 1-2am deep night on Saturday/Sunday morning

Art, Decor and Lighting (DL) Division

Build pretty things
Make pretty things
Work with electrical team to hang lights
Work with stage team to coordinate light/laser shows
Hang pretty things

Registration Command and Control (RCC) Division

Assist RCC in ensuring smooth registration process
Check in attendees skydivers to the event
Direct them to appropriate POCs on registration
Distribute purchased packages and gear

KR8R Beverage Division

Make sure kegs are flowing/tapped and KR8R is running smoooooothly
Must be able to lift kegs of yum-yum juice
Great opportunity to cool off

Thursday night Meet, Greet, n’ Treat

Potluck & art station set up
Event monitoring
Help breakdown after event
Get everbody vibing

Uniform Fabrication Lab (UFL) Division

Get to make uniforms
Meet lots of people
Get artistic
Get your fingers dirty with paint

Monday Marauders!

Stay more, help more, party more
Monday Maruaders stay to the end
Assist with cleanup, storage, and more
Includes cleaning up leftover drinks

Dive Bar (PBDB) Division

Take a shift as a bartender
Work as an ice runner and bar back
Learn how to make drinks
Meet lots of people

H2Ohhhh Division

Check drinking water supply throughout the event
Fill water bottles
Replace water bottles when depleted
Keep our festies well hydrated and healthy
