TSK is not a boogie. It is a skydiving festival. It was started by skydivers and built for skydivers. We play the whole event and many work the entire event too. At TSK Festival our mission is simple: To promote positivity in the sport of skydiving. And we will always uphold the core values of Team Sunkist.
Located in the heart of the beautiful Gardiner, NY, at Skydive the Ranch, TSK Festival offers stunning views of the surrounding area. The fabulous owners of Skydive the Ranch have enabled us to build an amazing recurring event here and we are so grateful to have this beautiful space to jump and play.
When you first come to TSK, you have no idea what to expect. When you leave you will be part of a family of skydivers and community members that are now part of you. When you leave you will already be planning how you can vibe up the festival next time. We love you and welcome to Team Sunkist.
Please reach us at tskskydivingfestival@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
TSK stands for Team Sunkist. But it means a lot more than that. From its inception, TSK was all about sky family getting together to celebrate their love of life, family, and skydiving together.
You'll start seeing a lot of strange acronyms and hear all kinds of new words at TSK, and they all mean something. Many terms have a long history behind them. New ones are created every year. The mock up is covered in them. You'll learn the language while you're here, but here are a few to get you started.
ISTNBU - It Sucks to Not be Us
SHMJB - So Help Me Justin Bieber
UFL - Uniform Fabrication Lab
BOSS1 - A nickname for our founder, TSK #1, Eugene Zimmer
BOSS2 - A nickname for our co-founder, TSK #2 Henry Ottley
KR8R - A nickname for the keg plane (it holds up to 8 kegs)
KR1R - A nickname for the single keg "tool chest"
BLTs - Boogie Life Truisms
PBDB - Pontoon Boat Dive Bar (the bar floated in previous years but she's no longer sea worthy)
This tradition dates way back. If you are in the plane climbing to altitude and somebody shouts Shawanga!, it is everybody's sworn duty to respond, Fly, baby, fly! It's a Skydive the Ranch tradition. If you don't answer the "Shawanga" call with the rest of the group and the plane crashes, yep, your fault.

Pay to Play! What My Registration Fee Gets Me:
Oh. Did we mention kickass load organizers, videographers, photographers, artists, and TSK??? It’s not a boogie! It’s a SKYDIVING FESTIVAL!!!! Tune In! Turn On!! Drop Out!! Register!!
***Please be advised this event is limited to USPA Members, Licensed Skydivers and their guests.**
Bring your car/van/camper and/or feel free to pitch a tent (heh heh) in any of the designated camping areas! There are no camper hookups, so come self-sufficient. There are limited hot water outdoor showers but there ARE lots of hanging showerbags to take as many bird baths as you’d like. (Ya know, to wash your bits-n-pits.)”
Our fearless new leader! Cody Cragnolin was TSK #912 and now she is TSK #1-912. That's because she the new wearer of the proverbial Orange Jacket. In 2024 in a ceremony marking the occasion, Cody was indoctrinated as our new chief! Cody works tirelessly to make TSK Festival everything it can be for all TSK attendees, new and old. We are grateful for Cody and her love of stoking our collective fire!
Eugene Zimmer, AKA BOSS1, is the man who started this whole thing, along with his partner in crime, Henry Ottley. Eugene has been working hard making this even happen for over 10 years now. Eugene liaises with the drop zone to keep things going smoothly, manages security and keeps the beer flowing, along with a bit of everything else ("chowder").
Lisa joined Eugene and Henry not long after the event started and has been providing her amazing energy to the community ever since. Lisa handles so much every year, managing all things art and decor as the division lead for DL (Art, Decor, and Lighting). She also makes sure we are fed and watered, heading up the FYF Division and the H2OOOOOO Division.
Julie Anessi joined TSK a few years back and has reinvigorated TSK energies with her brilliant and refreshing ideas. She is now a key member of the leadership team, facilitating ticketing, swag, and so much more of what makes TSK the event it is. Julie and Blair also form Wawa Productions and use their resources to assist at TSK.
Along with Julie Anessi, Blair "Bear" Anessi has integrated into the TSK leadership team over the last few years, offering up his background and experience to vibe up TSK in any way he can. Blair works on all things TSK but he focuses on stage audio, video, and lighting as well as event video production and website/social media maintenance.
If you look around and find General Morelli, odds are he will be working his "horse's ass" off. You'll likely find him operating heavy equipment making TSK infrastucture work.
Another proud Horse’s Ass recipient and one of the busiest people at TSK, you’ll find Mike partying and working! He is so integral to the very foundation of the TSK Festival, we had to name an Award after him!
If you are watching lights, listening to music, or just able to see at night, odds are it’s because Boyle ran power to it at some point. Boyle is always working, jumping, or showing the rest of us how to be joyful. We are grateful for his faithful TSK service.
As part of Boyle’s power team, Doug the Plug makes sure we have all the power hookups we need. Reliable and true, Doug brings exceptional knowledge, solid teamwork vibes, and great hugs!
During TSK, John is either throwing drogues for all the tandems or out helping with any number of TSK projects. He almost always has the tools you need for a job. Just….make sure to bring them back please.
Our resident in house epic DJ, Matt "Matty Beatz" Barrella has been holding down the TSK stage since day one! Always willing to jam from the start all the way to the break of dawn, he'll spin all night if we can keep up.
So lucky to have Chris Spreer providing his mind blowing visual projection mapping for us. You'll always find Chris either setting up decor and lighting, or offering up gorgeous custom designed projected images for us.
With Devin "Toga God" Barillari working in tandem with the rest of the power crew, there’s nothing we can’t electrify at TSK! Keep your eyes peeled for Devin’s biggest TSK creation: the TSK Art Truck!
Henry started TSK with Eugene Zimmer over 10 years ago. Over the years he's always been a vibe, finding new ways to make TSK more enjoyable. Let the shenanigans begin!
Regardless of whether the PDBD is on land or at sea, Emma has been in charge of the bar, who works it, and how it's stocked for almost a decade! She keeps the libations flowing for us!
We are lucky to have somebody like Victor who cares so much about you having a smooth experience from the very first moment you check-in to TSK. Thanks for keeping us squarded away Victor!
Embracing the important job of feeding the TSK masses, John serves up delicious yums leading the Feed Yer Face Division on Team Taco Smash with Liam Hughes.
Love people, feed people, serve people. Liam takes this mantra seriously and when you're eating good grub at TSK, it is definitely Liam or John's fault. Liam co-leads Feed Yer Face Division with John Donahue.
Eugene has led us all fearlessly for years, and his favorite babies have always been the UFL and KR8R. As such, he still leads and facilitates these teams with all his heart and soul. Fill up your cups! Here's to Eugene! Aaaallrriiighhht!!!
Lisa, always the artist and vibe master, makes sure we are hydrated for our stay at TSK, all while you are taking in the beautiful artistry of TSK. All those little touches across TSK have Lisa cooties all over them.
Yeah, she's not just running the whole thing, she's got a plan for us cleaning up and putting our TSK toys away. Keeping us fed and motivated as we break down camp.
We are always looking for help leading various TSK divisions and we're looking for leads to step up and champion a specific part of TSK.
